Shout-Out to FIRST Top Site: Teams 1432 and 486

Hey, in case it hasn't been already noticed, FIRST Top Site has been having issues lately with the traffic they've created on their shared server. They're asking for donations, however...

I don't have, nor can I find, any contact info for site admins. I can donate space on a shared server, and I have no limits on bandwidth or CPU as far as I can ever imagine (Tons of terabytes here...). Same with space.

At the same time, I'd like to work with them to try and reduce the script resource usage if possible, especially if they'd like to keep it running on their current server.
