Rocky Mountain Robotics storage system
All robotics teams,
My partner and I are designing a mobile storage unit to help you store tools, hardware, etc. at your build space and competitions. The unit will have shelves that will revolve vertically to reveal more shelves. It will also be easily assembled and disassembled for movement from location to location, and instead of selling it to you we will be creating building instructions that you will be able to get off our website, and from us where ever we go. We are making this as a year long project for our engineering class, and one of the assignments is to create a survey and give it to who will be using our project. Thus we came here to ask the survey, please complete the survey and post your answers here to help us make our project better(and our grades). The survey is online and can be filled out here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewf...X-U_L-lgN4w6UQ Thank you for your time! Re: Rocky Mountain Robotics storage system
Sounds very interesting. Just one question: How much supplies do you need to bring with you? Im asking this because our team only brings 2 small toolboxes to every competition, and we do just fine. If your making something huge, what could you possibly use all of that space for?

Re: Rocky Mountain Robotics storage system
Hi guys!
First of all i just wanted to thank all of you who have submitted to the form so far... Thank you! Ok now I'll go ahead and clear some of the fog. - this survey is just what dimentions we are going to put into the building instructions, this shelf can be built by your team or we MAY be able to build it for you and ship it to you. -the shelf is meant to be fairly small, I'm going to release the dimensions later any other questions you have I will be glad to answer! Thanks! |
