Updated Control System manual on FIRST forums.

An updated version of Section 5 of the control system manual was posted this morning on the FIRST forums. http://forums.usfirst.org/showpost.p...99&postcount=3

Because of the holiday, it is unlikely that new versions will be posted on the FIRST website before Monday, but keep an eye out on the FIRST forums in case any more get updated.

Can a mod add into the title that this is for the control system manual not the game manual, it's a bit confusing.
