Not so fast to you fellas trying to jump the draft and pick before Ed has had a chance to fill in all of the spots. If someone has sent in a list, then their list take priority over the draft times, as this rule was enforced in tier 3.

1073 was on my list next, and I had priority in picking order. Alex, you may pick any other team left, including any of the ones others picked that tried to jump you.


If Ed and Eric decide to make priority go to those present at time of draft, then I am fine with that as long as the rule is evenly enforced from tier to tier hinceforth. Otherwise, I advise everyone send in their lists and let Ed and Eric take care of the draft without confusion of people trying to pick early, as Ed and Eric can not be expected to make zero errors.




Edit: it is okay to post your pick at your time assigned, but the above rule interpretation is still correct. If you choose to jump the gun, do so with the understanding that others above you can still pick that team.

That 47 second delay kills my ability to smoothly do the last round of the draft so I have to do picks in clumps.

Perhaps this is a rule that we should bring up. As stated, it can not be expected that you (Ed) will be error free. If you have our pick list but still by chance, make a mistake, and the error is not caught until a few days later, it could seriously slow down the process when we have moved on to other drafts.

The players shouldn't be expected to be present for EVERY draft, but mistakes happen. How can we set a rule fair to all? (Do you feel a rule is even needed?)


The obvious thing is to have all players watching the draft update, and as their turn comes they make sure the right team was given to them.

If it is not feasible to expect all players to attend all drafts, how about a time rule where the players have until midnight, or 24 hours to dispute problems?
