Solidworks Tutorials Needed?
I was wondering if anyone needed solidworks tutorials? If so I will upload them our website in a day or two. These tutorials go through solidworks step by step.

That would be GREAT!

Re: Solidworks Tutorials Needed?
YES! Solidworks tutorials would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to integrate CAD for this first time into the design process of my team and tutorials would be AMAZING.

Re: Solidworks Tutorials Needed?
Thank you for creating SolidWorks tutorials. I would be happy to post them on our SolidWorks Teacher Blog at http://blogs.solidworks.com/teacher - there you will find a robotics category for some additional lessons. Just send me a private message and I will get them posted. Also, if you need more tutorials, go to Help, SolidWorks Tutorials from the main toolbar. There are also design tutorials at SolidWorksRoboticsUniversity.com (send a request to SRURequest@solidworks.com for an invite) Marie

Re: Solidworks Tutorials Needed?
Our Mentor had gotten these a while ago and gave them to me. He had said it would be fine if we shared them, so I uploaded due to the request.
Hope that answers the legality question. Plus the tutorials you have to buy now are all for 08 or 09. |

These were really simple to use. I began learning SolidWorks today and seriously just following those short (compared to Inventor) learned how to use it in just 3 hours (I started Inventor tuts but quit after 3 hours of getting almost nowhere). It was actually really awesome making something. Although what I made was never stress tested it look really cool :p
I hope there's no legality issue, b/c I honestly really liked these. And Craig's suggestion to start off with SW was spot on. =) |
