well after 30 tedious minutes of searching i found the exact type of fish and the location of the photo they used

I'm far too busy with other tasks to get caught up in pointless speculation.
If I wanted to do that I'd just design a game to pass the time in hope of influencing the game design committees decision. At least it's constructive.

You might try the game hint threads. No offense, but anything you can think of with the picture has probably been thought of, done, and posted already.
