Another random team for you.

Sometimes, for whatever reason, a team fails to show up for regional they signed up for without proper notification. This has happened several times this year. In Fantasy FIRST, if such a thing happens with a picked team, a random team takes their spot. You will have to read the score sheet when it is published to find out who. Meanwhile, I suggest you check your Week 4 and Israel teams.
