Lucid Chart - Online Flow Charts
 

Awesome site I found on lifehacker.com. Lucid Chart is a free online based flow chart service, you can create and collaborate on flow charts. Something I'm really going to use this season big time. Just thought I would share this with others, it would be a great tool for your team, if you can implement it well.
