Manchester NH post-kickoff event - Quick Robot Build Session
 

There's a very good chance that we (some NH area FIRST supporters with some assistance from FIRST) are going to be conducting a group robot build session for all area teams immediately following the kickoff at SNHU on January 3rd. We're working on the details right now but the tentative plans are -


Sat Jan 3rd from 1PM until late at TBD venue - a number of folks will be available to help teams assemble a simple running robot (software installation, network configuration, control panel wiring, chassis assembly, possibly software assistance...)

Sun Jan 4th time TBD - we may also have a follow-up session at FIRST HQ to wrap-up any assembly issues and allow teams to drive around on a prototype field



You don't have to be a rookie team to attend. We'd appreciate having veteran teams in attendance to both help rookie teams and work with the new control system. Everyone is welcome to attend!

I haven't received many requests to attend. I hope that means everyone is having fun with the new control system pre-ship kits and are ready for kick-off.

So... we won't have a formal session immediately following the kick-off in the Manchester, NH area.

However, if ANYONE in the NH/MA area needs a hand with the new control system, please don't hesitate to ask for help. We're available to make "house calls" to help out any area teams.
