Camera Help

We're trying to just test out the camera at this point and make sure its working properly. We've plugged it in, hooked it up to my laptop using the orange crossover cable, set my Vista IP on my laptop to 192.168.0.192, shut off my firewall, disabled all other connections and tried my browser to the address 192.168.0.90. We can't get anything to come up...it just times out.

We tried to open the FRC Axis Camera Managment and it pops up--at first, it says something similar to "setting up camera accounts", but then gives us an IP error claiming the computer isn't plugged in or there is an IP confilct error.

I've run into a wall and need some help.

Thanks!

Re: Camera Help

What subnet are you using?

That might be your problem
We had success accessing it with the ip 192.168.0.50 with the 255.255.255.0 subnet

Make sure all other network adapters on your machine are disconnected, or even disabled.
