emergency braking

Just a thought, but do any of you see backwheel emergency brakes as a viable option for quick turns?

I was thinking that with some weight shifting, one might be able to turn/drift faster, on the regolith.

I'm not sure, but would it act like we think it might since the trailer (how ever much it weighs) is behind the robot?

It very well might work - especially if your drivers practice using the trailer in their turns - during testing we found it is not very hard at all to cause it to "break free" from the floor
