Human Player in Autonomous?

Can the human player score in autonomous according to rule <G40> part B:

At any time after the start of the MATCH, a PAYLOAD SPECIALIST may enter a GAME PIECE into play (e.g. launch a MOON ROCK into the CRATER or pass an EMPTY CELL through the port in the OUTPOST shield to a ROBOT).

It shows them scoring in the animation, and the rule neither specifies auto or tele op, so I assume you can.

Human player starts at the beginning of the match. The match begins with the autonomous mode. Yes, the human player can throw balls during the autonomous period.

Also with the red allinace in front of the blue alliance station, and vice versa, if you don't move in autonomous you will have about 10 pounds of moon rocks in your trailer before tele-operated (each rock is 8 ounces).
