updating in LabView

we are trying to program tank drive on our robot, but the code is not updating to the cRIO. we know were getting everything, thanks to team 1629's pinging program :) but the cRIO is not taking the code we send to it. Any help?

Which method are you using to download the code?
Are you using "Run as startup" under Build Specifications?
