Does anyone know if they've states what the limitations are exactly, and does anyone know how to set up the Driver Station WiFi router to enforce or simulate these limitations?

We want to test dashboard feedback information to see what is feasible or not.

I think they are talking about the inherent limit of the equipment itself, not artificially imposed limitations.
