Encoder Mounting Pads - Drawings?

Were we supposed to get the AM-0208 mounting pads with the encoders in the Kit of Parts (KoP)?

I don't see it in the checklist, nor can I find a drawing for making them on the AndyMark site...

(OOC, Has anyone whipped up a drawing for making your own yet? We don't have a lot of time to order them, and it would seem simple enough to make, given the dimensional specs...)

If it wasn't on the bill of materials provided online, then no you weren't supposed to get one. The mount pad is only $4 if you need one from AndyMark. Also I would whip one up for you, but my cadding computer is in the shop. sorry.

I have a mount CADded up, email me and I'll send you the inventor part.

EDIT: I suppose I could make a drawing if I have to. :P

I would really appreciate it if you could post a CAD of the pad on Delphi..

We forgot to order them from AM and had to make our own.

One thing you may have to do if you make them yourself is replace the 4-48 screws with 4-40's. You may have to file the encoder parts a little with a jewelers file to get them to fit. Or, if you have a 4-48 tap that’s cool too :)

The indent in the back of the plate is excessive. It is there b/c our shafts were slightly too long, and we didn't want them to rub.

Took about half an hour to set up and make on the CNC.
