Also I believe the FIRST trademark is always supposed to be italicized
We read the rules for the site and we didn't find anything says that

People always bring that up, and it was even debated once, but I really don't think there are any specific rules for it. It's sort of an unwritten rule, I guess. I know teams have won in the past without the italicization.

EDIT: No, you cannot change your URL that you submitted to FIRST Awards after you send it in. I don't see what's wrong with your current one, though, unless somebody's school blocks it. Are you changing it to .org, or just adding it on with your current one?

mmm... we wanna solve it by:
using a page that when we Enter the website by:WWW.TAMRA-AFR.TK
it will take you to WWW.TAMRA-AFR.ORG
is it allowed??

Yes. I would believe so. The rules state that as long as the web site is accessible at the time of judging that it will be judged. A redirect from your original domain name to your new one does that. We did this about two years ago from our old domain name. Start telling everyone that it is .org now and use that domain on printed items. Since both domain names go to the same web site.

As for the redirect, your domain provider sometimes has that option to use it as a redirect. Or, you can use an htaccess file. There are many options. Google domain redirect and you should find one you are comfortable with.

I would highly recommend using .htaccess method, since it's search-engine-friendly, and is the fastest. Like Trey said, Google it to find out more information. There's a plethora of information available online. :)

Intro page is cool but i'm also worried about the FIRST logo rules. You can't mess with the logo or have thing right beside it.

I don't like how the labVIEW page is taken from wikipedia. take the time to write one yourself.
sponsors page- make their name a link as well as the image

good advise for general site: ALL images NEED to have alt tags.
Under your <noframes> make some text that says what the supported browser of your site are.

Re: Team 1946 (Mishka Monsters) website !!

If you go to your website and let it all load up, after a about 5- 10 seconds it will automatically take you to your home page. Is this supposed to happen??

Re: Team 1946 (Mishka Monsters) website !!

The very first thing I noticed - I've got this horizontal scroll bar that just goes on forever... and there's nothing but white space there. [I'm using Firefox 3.0.6, by the way]
The second is that it takes a while for the homepage to load, and others as well - I'm pretty sure it's that "Robot 2008 Pictures". It's really neat, but image heavy.

But otherwise, nice job!
