Help With Our cRio

hello, we are having problems with our cRio, we did the update imaging, and updated the driverstation, however we cannot load a program from labview. when we try to deploy from labview, it says the cRio is not responding. is any other team having this problem? anyone have any solutions?

If it says the Crio is not responding, then there are several options:

The Crio is turned off.
You computer has the wrong IP address, subnet mask, or both.
The Crio has the wrong IP address, subnet mask, or both.
The Router is set up incorrectly.

I suggest going back and rereading the manual on setting up each of the network components. When you imaged, you probably set the Crio IP address incorrectly.

Let me know if you need help.
So far I'm free this afternoon.

Update: I'll be at Sayville at 3. What times will you be working today?

Re: Help With Our cRio

well when we first configured the routers everything was going well, then we got kicked out of our shop, so we had to pause the configuring for the next day. but when we tried to hook them up to the our laptop(the same one we first configured them on) we navigated to the IP address and the computer didnt recognize them. we set the computer to try to recognize them but it does not recognize them.

but i will try to look up the settings for everything and try to reconfigure

- mr. mCleod, we are definitely meeting on monday at 6:30 pm and i believe we are meeting at 6:30 pm every night this week,

The easiest thing to do is to reset the router completely using the reset hole on the back and a paperclip. Push the reset until the router power light begins to flash.
Then you can setup the router from scratch.

I'll be by on Monday 6:30 to see how you're getting on.
