I feel like I am beating a dead horse here, but what is your plan for the bumpers? Specifically I am referring to the thickness of your plates (they appear less than 6 inches, and the fact that they are "open" in the front.

All the holes in the drive are planed to be used for mounting.

Say I is a drive plate and _[ is an L bracket. The front will look like this:

I[_ _]I[_

We plan to have the L brackets stick out and we will have exactly six inches of bumpers on each side.
