Moving wheel with shaft

What sort of part can we use instead of bearings so instead of having an AndyMark wheel (the kit sort for previous years) moving freely on a shaft, the wheel turns with the shaft?

Thanks very much

You will have to make a keyed hub.

You don't have to make a keyed hub if you don't want to.

Re: Moving wheel with shaft

copiously apply epoxy and duct tape to the shaft then swiftly insert it into the wheel hole :D

Greetings,

It will depend upon whether you want it completely fixed or not. We keyed our old wheels today with custom hubs similar to one of the above post that you can buy - it works well, but we blew our coupler for the motor. You could try putting an O-ring into the space and make sure it is tight (press a couple in) and it will give you traction with some slip.
