Shape matching algorithm

I found blongie shape matching algorithm in Matlab ( http://vision.ucsd.edu/sc_demo/). I want to convert this code to Delphi7. Could you please convert to Delphi7 or atleast to general algorithm.

Or

Please send me any shape matching algorithm in Pascal or C or C++ or VB.

This algorithm is very crucial in my application. I hope you will help.

2. Asking someone else to do your work for you is unlikely to garner results on this forum (particularly if this is some sort of homework assignment)
