can we use CIM FISHER PRICE?

You cannot. According to <R51> and <R52>, the only motors you can use besides the KOP motors and unlimited of certain types of servos are up to two (2) CIMs, part number #FR801-001, the same as come in the KOP. Use of your suggested motor is not legal this year.
