nisvcloc error

Whenever i open/close (it'll happen one or the other) labVIEW, i get an error saying to close or debug nisvcloc.exe. Anyone else have this problem?

Can you post a screen shot of the error message?

i have the full screen view, if this isn't enough.
cancel takes me to visual studio 2003 debug
