I predict it wins every regional, offseason event, and division of '09.

There. I was the first to say it.

But seriously that's one sweet bot.

Very unique design, Robonauts mid-season release is one of my favorite times of build season. So no plans to collect off the ground? What is your max ball capacity? Are the two fixed wheels in the back of the robot powered? Cool bot, I'm digging the pacman practice bots as well :p

My guess would be human player loading.

This will be one beast of a robot to contend with in DC! Look forward to seeing you guys there.

I like the simplicity of this bot, you guys usually built bots with a high level of complexity (turreted crab driven elevating arms...). So I like the change of direction, I think this will be a successful bot for you. Interested to see how the human loading works out for you.

i like it it is a very formidable robot, you did a nice job, it kind of reminds me of ours being the same simplicity of design idea.

I think the time of Justin's post shows how the robonauts actually build their robot, none of them sleep... ever.

Seriously, as always, impressive bot. It looks simpler than the past couple have been. Best of luck you guys.

Man. I was gonna say that. But I only count 4 wheels.

The spinning disk in the loader is a cool idea. what's the max distance that the turret can shoot?

Great robot, looks like it has lots of clever little features. The record is probably my favorite. :) Interesting drivetrain, too. It looks like one FP motor driving each front wheel, steered by a globe? Are the rear wheels then each powered by a CIM?

I can't wait to see how it does in competition, it will answer the human-loading/harvesting question. Good luck!
