STUCK!! PLEASE HELP!
 

I have a few questions:(in case you don't reply to my other team member.)
1. should I be putting my code in basic robot main?
2. If not, what should my custom .VI absolutely have and what should I wire the end loop to?
3. In general what must my program have?

1. Yes, you can put code in Basic Robot Main, although out of the box it should already give you two wheel arcade drive.

2. In a sense, you don't actually have to modify anything and you should still have a very basic drivable robot. I'm not sure what you mean by "what should I wire the end loop to?".

3. If you have more than two motors, you'll probably want to add code for the additional motors. If you have the time, you could dabble with the camera for which there is an example to track the target in autonomous mode. If you have a way to gather the balls, you may have additional motors to control to do that. There are lots of other possibilities depending on what sorts of sensors or actuators you team chooses to implement.

Are there any other FRC teams close to you? What about a manufacturer that may be use Labview or C/C+/C++ programming on a daily basis? Explore your local options. Open up to them and ask them for some help. I doubt CD can provide the in-depth programming expertise you may require.

The basic Labview code gives you arcade drive of your robot. If you do not know Labview, you need to find someone local who does. If you want your robot to do other things, like read limit switches and control more than 2 motors, you need to add code.

There are also many tutorials available to team on several websites. Search them out on CD and NI's website.
