Very nice. I like the combination of all the grays. It's easy to read. Both white and black text look great against it.

Your content is good. Content is king.

I understand why you have the Google ads. Are you getting any revenue from them? If not I would pull them. The bright colors of the ads overshadow your content.

I would make the main menu more noticeable. The text size makes it look like Google text ads.

First of all, thanks for the input.

The ads are there to allow us free hosting service, no other reason. We are looking at purchasing hosting in order to remove them, but for now it will stay with the ads.

What do you mean by making text larger? the one under the logo or the one in the navigation bar on the right? or maybe both...
i will look at it now...

What do you want to user to do when they get to your site? You need to lead them. You do this with color, contrast and size.

Your menu options are the same size and color scheme as the rest of the page. You appear to be trying to expand them. I would bold or <em> them and select a different color.

I don't know how much you can alter the template you are using, so try a few different combinations.
