Nice.
How many balls can you hold in that thing? |
Re: 1024 Kilabtyes Video
Very impressive!
How does it from the floor? Good luck this season, see you guys in Atlanta! -Keaton |
Re: 1024 Kilabtyes Video
Wow, your design is pretty much identical to one that I was pondering a few days after kick off. You implemented it very well; that's one great looking robot. Hope it works well for you guys in competition.

Re: 1024 Kilabtyes Video
awesome way to beat the storage issue of a spiral hopper, couldn't really do it better. unless you had a really long poly cord run....

Awesome 1024! I always expect great things from you all. I wish we go to play with each other this year, maybe in Atlanta. Good Luck!

Does the shooter rotate?
|
Re: 1024 Kilabytes Video
The hopper can hold 22-24 balls and picks up through the opening in the front. (The bot is oriented in the wide configuration). In the shooter videos we are shooting to the side.
The turret can rotate 270 degrees. |
Re: 1024 Kilabtyes Video
Drew up this almost identical design a few days into the build season, but nixed it when we realized how difficult human loading would be.
I think it looks great though! Awesome job! |
Re: 1024 Kilabtyes Video
Looks very interesting, Neat Design.
Best of luck in the up coming season, and I hope we get a chance to play with you again. |
