AVA Entry - notify email?

We have our animation submitted...
In years past, we had to notify them that our files were there.
Do we need to send an email - if so - to whom?

About to answer my own question... this is who we notified last year

There's no need to send an email. It's handled through the online form you filled out when you uploaded your animation to FIRSTbase.
