cRIO update 3.0 problems
 

We just dowloaded the 3.0 update for the cRIO firmware but we arent able to find the file after its been updated. do we have to open it through labview. if yes how, or is their another way of updating the cRIO.

did you try just going to the program to update the crio and selecting the file?

It should just pop up...

Use the cRIO imaging tool. It should automatically use the new version. You may have to format the cRIO using your team number again.

Yea thank you. We got the cRIO to work finally. We did a very silly mistake and overlooked the part where we have to enter our team number. Obviously, the cRIO will not communicate until you enter your team name.
