Help computer wont recognize cRio

Help computer wont recognize cRio we plug the robot in to the computer threw a ethernet cord and do the labview connection check and 4 lights are green and the cRio is red help.

Can you give us some more details? Where are the lights that you are seeing?

Is this the first time you've hooked up the cRIO? Was it working previously?

Have you already been through the bench tests suggested in the FRC Control System Manual (chapter 2)? If not, take a look, particularly at Chapter 2 Getting Started:

Can you be more specific about which lights you are looking at? Which device are the lights on?

Have you previously hooked up the cRIO successfully? Or is this the first time?
