Need help with CRIO
 

Our problem is that we are trying to connect to the CRIO and even though it says that it is connected we cannot detect it from the computer nor the drivers station. We have tried directly connecting it with ethernet bridges but that is not making a difference. Ever since we downloaded the new version of the drivers station it is not working and it was working before. The status light is off. Any advice.

P.S.: we have had this problem before but it worked itself out. This time it is not doing that.

have you entered in the IP address of the cRIO?

Thew wireless was working but now it is not.

it is possible that since you have updated it you don't have everything needed for the new version. you might have had everything for the old one but things could have changed.

Can you explain that please
