Power Distribution Board Tripping all 40 & 30 amp breakers

We recently wired up all the victors, spikes, and jaguars we are using. When we turned on the board all the 40 & 30amp breakers started tripping. We have double checked the connections, and none of them are plugged into the cRIO. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most power electronics devices will present a dead short if the input polarity is reversed. Most teams will do this on one victor or spike by mistake and it will fry. However, is a great many devices are reversed biased, the load is too great for the battery and the devices may survive for a short amount of time. Hence, tripping breakers.

Either:

A. Wires are reversed at the speed controllers.
B. Wires are reversed at the PD outputs.
C. Wires ar reversed at the main PD battery input.

Mike
