looks one of your pulleys melted into some nylon.

CIM attaches to power wheel (traction wheel), which sits on what seems to be an AM rover wheel attached to another. Too much slipping, melted AM wheel.

Using an extra cim to warm your wheels, but to much heat heat and melted them??
