Permanent Code different than temporary

I am having a problem which I did not realize until te day of the scrimmage when I kep permanent code on the robot and flipped into autonomous. Absolutely everything was the same, except for image recognition. To make sure that the target was not flipped upside down we tried both types of targets. Then to make usr eit was not old code I temporarily deployed the same code and image recognition was working perfectly. I tried putting all the VIs into Always Included and Basic Robot Main as Startup VI. Is there something else I have to put into startup VI or some special way of opening the IMAQ when I am trying to do image recognition permanently. Quick help would be appreciated so we can test it our before our robot ships tomorrow.

You may simply have permanent deployed an old version of your code. Re-build and re-write it to the cRIO. You shouldn't need to change anything between permanent and temporary deployments.

No, i have saved, re-saved, re-deployed, re-built the code at least 20 times and it still does not work...

Did you "Set as startup" as in the other thread:

Re: Permanent Code different than temporary

We fixed it; the camera mount was permanently pressing the control button on the camera which continuously restores the factory settings.... LOLZ
