This year we completely redesigned our website. I was just looking for some feedback on how you guys think it looks and any improvements we can make.

Simple...i like it. Very nice...but NO ALT!!!
you need alts on your img's
also, your menu doesn't work in IE. You should fix it (it would be tough since it looks you use jquery and drupal)

You guys have a really cool drivetrain, I wouldn't have thought of making it that simple.
