[TBA]: 2009 Event Attendance Updated
 

I just nuked all the team attendance records for 2009 and rebuilt them on what I think is up to date data. If any teams are listed on the TBA website as attending regionals they aren't, or not attending regionals they are, please let me know.

Team sig badges will take up to 24 hours to regenerate, and then they should accurately reflect the data as well.
