Los Angeles: I haven't watched enough matches...but 1388 is doing great, 399 is doing great, we're doing ok, 1717 is too, beachbots had some driving issues but seem to have got it sorted out, 973 can score, they had to rebuild their robot yesterday so the missed a match? There are others that stand out but I don't recall right now...it's a long day...

Anyways, the LF predictions seem to be pretty good.

In the last 3 years, I've mentored teams that have gone to a total of 3 regionals and 1 championship. Results: Twice alliance captain (1 at a regional and 1 at the championship) and twice being picked by an alliance captain. Never has LF even mentioned the teams that I mentored.

Am I upset? No. In fact I think it's a great motivational tool, especially when we go up against one of his 'favorites' for that regional.

ya caught me , you sneaky little...
i didn't upload that, or even see it, but upon further review, i do have a public album of our ship day pictures. I guess LF is as good at sleuthing as I am :o

LF, your Dallas predictions were spot on. The rookie regional delivered one heck of a final round. Tornado will be a factor in Atlanta, no doubt. And Railer (935) has shown strong stuff at KC and Dallas -- they belong in the Championship field, too.

Dead on for Wisconsin. Three (2039, 2506 and 1625) of your picks ended up in the finals and two(2039 and 1625) walked away with gold. Very impressive picks.

I was really happy to see that my team paired up with Rockford Robotics (2039) as we are next door neighbors. They have an awesome bot and I'm glad my team could help them get to Champs.

Also, two regional wins this year has a nice ring to it :)

I can't wait for Champs

Close for L.A. 1726 and 330 lost in semis to 1717, while 973 took home the gold with overlooked local good robot 207 after taking out the combined 1388 and 399 in 3 matches.
