Re: Happy Pi Day everyone
Ironically I came across this thread at 1:59 am.
Happy 4 - 4/3 + 4/5 - 4/7 + 4/9 - 4/11 + 4/13 ... 4/infinity day*. * There are better and more efficient series for finding pi, but this is the easiest to memorize. |

Re: Happy Pi Day everyone
We are hosting a VRC competition tomorrow (it's not quite midnight here), and we are raffling off a pie as part of the awards ceremony. It's the Washington State Pi Day Vex Robotics Competition...

Re: Happy Pi Day everyone
I just can't wait until 3/14/15. Pi day will never be as complete for another hundred years.
My fiance was going to propose to me on pi day but decided instead to just go for it in February. That sorta makes me sad, because getting engaged on pi day would have been total bragging rights in the geek community. |
Re: Happy Pi Day everyone
Team 1676 just LIVES for Pi day.
I am still recovering. (All that math gets intense!) |
Re: Happy Pi Day everyone

You wanna know something weird? Our team, 2655, the Flying Platypi (with a pi symbol) won the Peachtree Regional on Pi day.
Weird huh? |
