Championship Judging?

I was talking with my Web team mentor about when the judging for the Championship websites will begin.

Does the championship judging begin after all of the regionals are complete so that the best websites can be completed with judging?

Or. Is it an unknown time like it is for the regionals?

I don't know for sure, but what I've always thought for one reason or another is that they will be judged when all of the websites have been announced.
