Team 234 has a really sharp shooter this year and can get about 70% in a given match, and 365 is really good for loading their robot in auto, they can get ten or eleven by the end of autonomous.

I know im biased but i gotta say our human player is one of the BEST. She had a 91% accuracy through peachtree and palmetto and it showed!:D

1771 and 343 also have sick human players

Ya i am biased also but she has got to be the best sitting down I have seen all season. I dont think she has played a match standing, but she has almost perfected sitting. Which is good, cause most prefer to stand.

Ok...I am biased as well...but I didn't collect the data. According to another teams scouts our shooter on Team 2865 was one of the top human players at the Seattle Regional (and he did it from the outpost position). He also was very consistent in Portland, Oregon. Our 'bot was primarily defensive and only scores 5-10 balls a match, we knew we would be relying on the human player and Ricky didn't disappoint us or our alliances.

1771's HP is the best I've seen to date. Considering he is the school's varsity quarterback, that might not be an accomplishment, but he's out there, and one match, I saw him shoot this entire load, and he only missed 1.

Let's not forget 2199. Two regionals - two great outings. Their HP was a Super Cell Maestro!

He's fun to watch! Those jump shots make the position of PS look that much more intense.

I also have to give props to our 6'5" Human player, Aaron. At traverse city teams gave him the nickname "sharp-shooter". He consistently gets 18/20 moon rocks in opposing trailers, many of these are half-court and beyond. Aaron has never gotten a penalty and always contributes a major portion of the score.

Many teams have told us that Aaron was the one of the best human players present during our past three competitions. I'm on drive team, and thus not a full-time scout, so I can't confirm this myself. However, I do know that he's the only Human Player who has been able to score on our trailer during autonomous with our rotation at full speed (this happened during practice, not during an actual match). :eek:

Lets not forget about the human players that don't score points though. There are a few of them out there that almost exclusively load up their alliances robot(s). From what I've seen the average scout probably only takes into account how many points a HP scores, not where the balls end up.

I know a few really great Human Players across a number of teams that fall into this category. ;)

I was waiting for the TBA vids to go up to include the two last second half court super cell shots, and the throwing the empty cell across the field to 40's Human Player. That was the only time i saw a human player do that. All in eliminations.

The Payload specialist for 103, Shauna from 1511 and 188 also stick out as well as Antione for my team who got alot of compliments not only for his skill but for his smart penalty free play.

As for "Brown-Jordan", yes i agree with Koko's accurate description of his style. He's very dynamic, accurate and consistent. He was easily sinking 95-97% of his shots in FLR and slightly less at about 95% at GTR [Had a bad day on Friday; But significantly better on Saturday].

I would like to thank 188 for the compliments and the Best Human Shooter Award that you gave us @ FLR.

I'll have to check, however i think he won several more awards by other teams including 1511, 1547 and i believe one of the G.R.R teams..
I apologize if i missed out on any teams that gave us the Best Human Shooter Awards.

I'll second these. We had to play against 1241 a couple of time & I got to see his skill much too much. Much too close. Interesting style & good accuracy.

My 340 drive team had nothing but compliments for Shauna. I heard "smart" more than a few times. She helped our driver line up to the outpost to get the EC.
Too many payload specialists were CLUELESS out there. Our drivers had to run into the lexan to get some other PS's attention. But not Shauna, she's one great team player! Good shooter too.
