Team 2415 has an awsome human player. You do not want your robot any where near here, which pretty much means anywhere on the field. She is great and there robot is awsome, they won both palmetto and peachtree.

I'll second that, and the great comments about 1771's. For those who mentioned 343's, thanks.:D We have two, Seth stands up, and Sam sits down. We like using Seth to fill the hopper in autonomous, but it doesn't leave him too many for the round. Sam plays softball, so she has a nack for it.:D

Yeah well during his High School Career he got to be the #1 QB in the state of Georgia.

Oops! The students told me that I was mistaken. His fun award was from Team 71. We had so much fun with all of the teams there, I got the numbers jumbled!

Our Human Players saw that last night and asked me, "did we do that?" I said, "No, but we should have." Getting mistaken for Team 71 - gosh I hate that.

(I would have corrected it, but I didn't know who had done it...)

Well, I know we kept pretty much to ourselves in Michigan, but the "crazy asian kid" on 503, Frog Force, is too scary to get anywhere near to... :-)

I've gotta give props to 1155's HP; from what I saw at CT, he was a beast at the outpost.

You didn't want to stick around the opposing outpost for more than a couple seconds if you saw him there. I mean geez, you'd be filled up faaaassst...

team 2090 buffnblue is well deserved to be on that list..
at the HI regional, i beleive it was his supercell shot that lifted them gave them the upset as the 4th or 5th seed team over the number 1 seeded alliance (team 192, 359, and another team..) and off to the final match.

btw not only did they have a beastly HP,
but a beastly robot as well..
and i was looking at their robot last year.. and to me it looks like it used a suction mechanism?
that is awesome..
similar way that funky monkeys used to manipulate the ball except 1771 looks way simpler and more efficient imo

I'll second these. We had to play against 1241 a couple of time & I got to see his skill much too much. Much too close. Interesting style & good accuracy.

My 340 drive team had nothing but compliments for Shauna. I heard "smart" more than a few times. She helped our driver line up to the outpost to get the EC.
Too many payload specialists were CLUELESS out there. Our drivers had to run into the lexan to get some other PS's attention. But not Shauna, she's one great team player! Good shooter too.

Thirded. From coaching 340 at FLR I had to work with a number of Payload Specialists and I really believe Shauna was one of the best overall and definitely the best at the outpost. Her guidance and thumbs up or thumbs down communication was so helpful to our elimination alliance's success. I hope we get the chance to work together in Atlanta!

Yeah, 2199's HP was like a machine. I was scouting HP's a LOT at Chesapeake, and 2199's was outstanding, not just for percentage scored but for smart play. He consistently had three moon rocks in his left hand and one in his right, ready to throw. He waited patiently for a good opportunity, then unloaded all four in rapid-fire succession, not even waiting to see if the first shot was good before throwing the next. I think he threw by Zen. ;)

And that full-length shot that went all 54 feet and rolled into the other airlock...that was just plain scary. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it!

I say that the best human player in michigan would be team #1. He made almost all of his shots.
