not to brag or anything but 1918 has an excellent human player not me but the one playing at nationals he got like 95-98% of the balls thrown into the trailer including many super cells

Someone needs to post the video of him shooting a FULL FIELD hail mary at the end of Newton Semi-Final 1-2. The supercell hit the floor about 3 feet short of a trailer against the opposing driver station. The ball bounced right into the trailer! That was the second highest combined score this year (we won the match 133 to 92).

was just about to post this... if ANYONE has video of this match Newton SM 1-2 please please post it specifically of the most amazing HP shot i saw all year...

my opinion is bias but BT did a great job this past year. Glad to see other people thought so too

Just putting in a shout out for our own human player. He was a deadly accurate outpost shooter, hitting an average of 10 of the 13 balls in the outpost. He was a very patient shooter as well, and wisely saved his shots for when they mattered.

Great job, Russell. We will miss you next year.

Hey Guys!
Thanks for the shout outs! This is actually 2415's human player, not Andrew. I just don't have a Chief Delphi account (I would spend WAY too much time on the forums) :)

Mike from 1771 was great. And Seth and Sam from 343 were both awesome, not to mention Sam's dancing before the finals. ;)

See you guys at Championships!
Meredith (the red head)

Thanks for complimenting Samantha and Seth! Being Sam's mom that makes me proud!! And Meredith I bragged about you to just about everyone!

That was a beastly shot^.

Secondly, I'm not sure which team this human player was from, but during autonomous, she would get like 5 balls and throw them over at the same time, and each one would go in. Multiple times I saw a robot get too close and she would fling like 5 over and make them in. Plus she wasn't too bad in the long range shots either ;)

Our human player is awesome, no matter where you place him. Match 25 @ MI Championship we got pinned and could not score, things were looking bad until our human player saved us.

See for yourself:

Great human players I've noted other than 2022's... 177. He drained shot after shot after shot, and then went on to chuck this amazing supercell shot in the semifinals that basically had everyone holding their breath... then it bounced in and everyone screamed. (edit: seems that was mentioned already :D)

An alliance in Minnesota that beat us was primarily formed, if you ask me, on the basis of human players, and they kept 3 matches very close. 1986's guy is really good at the outpost. To add insult to injury, their robot would camp by the outpost to throw empty cells and if you got near when their HP wasn't loading their machine, you'd get hit by their HP like that.

Our human player got 18 of 20 balls in once from the outpost. Several matches of ours tipped solely on her contribution.

Other than these guys, I wasn't really paying much attention.
