Some of 1511 I believe will be attending! Whether I show up or not depends on whether I pack my Khakis! :O

But Josh, nothing screams semi-formal like a pair of Red Camo BDU pants! (Khakis would be very nice, pack them just in case!)

Our school prom is tomorrow, Good Friday. That makes back to back Friday's of chaperoning our students at a prom. This one should be even better!
I didnt go last year but my wife and students did.
Is there a section for the "chaperones" to sit down and talk story? I aint much of a dancer.:o

Absolutely, adults and chaperons will have fun too. My students will make extreme fun of me if I attempt to dance. In past years, I have had a lot of fun meeting and chatting with the students when they take a break. So, students bring your mentors and parents and maybe we will show you a thing or two!

Hmmm, wonder if I remember that Thriller dance... Will have to watch a video or two before next week... ahhh the 80's were sooo much fun.

Just a reminder to everyone attending the Robo-Prom: Please keep in mind that you really should complete your inspection on Thursday, before you leave to go back to the hotel to get ready for the prom. The inspectors are supposed to discuss the robot with students, not with the adults you left in the pit. And a student needs to be present to sign the inspection form as team captain. Last year we had some teams where all the students left and there were only a couple of mentors in the pit late Thursday.

Thanks!

See you in ATL!
