Here lies Karthik Kanagasabapathy, after 1114 won the 2008 Championship their robot was turned on into autonomous and ran him over. On the brighter side, they did score 5 laps and 2 balls after doing so :D

After winning the championships, Karthik was near the confetti blowing machine. With all his might, his 120lb stature couldn't hold on anymore. The whole crowd thought it was a tornado and he was like a piece of wood. *smack* onto the floor karthik goes.

Warning - "obligatory Karthik can't sing caption" alert - I have to dig down deep to beat Taylor this week ;) [/npoe]

No one at the Championship ever discovered the identity of the guy who knocked Karthik out cold after his latest singing escapade; however, judging from the party everyone held over his limp, unconscious body in celebration, I don't think anyone really cared.

Tired and exhausted, Karthik gives in. The confetti that bowled him over was just the start. how could he ever overcome the weight of the medal?

In a possibly related story, the FIRST Segway Police arrested one T. Hoffman on charges of aggravated assault this week. He will no longer be able to compete in Caption Contests due to restraining orders involving Caption Contest subjects.

In one last attempt to get a t-shirt to his mother, Karthik pumps up the t-shirt cannon to incredible pressure. The resulting shock wave shredded the field decorations and knocked him out cold. Dome officials also want to talk to someone in NH about repairing that hole in the Dome fabric; reports of another tornado proved to be false.
