1923 is looking forward to the IRI. I've gone, personally, every year, but this is the first time for the team. Can't wait! :)

Re: 2009 IRI- Who has applied?

1) 1625 67 217 1714
2) 111 1114 45 1024
3) 234 2753 68 179
4) 148 254 222 233
5) 71 399 2056 503
6) 1771 973 33 1902
7) 118 16 27 2775
8) 1155 2970 365 330

I know I missed some good teams but I did this quick. If I have time I'll do a more in depth predicition.

Winnovation seeds first and selects the clear two best teams in Lunacy, HOT and Thunderchickens. Fellow champion Wildstang moves up to #2 (Chickens were #2 originally) and selects Simboticss and Technokats: a good defense and offense mix. These two alliances go to three matches in every single playoff match, but meet in the finals, with the #2 alliance winning by 20 points in match 3.

:P this is fun

Congratulations to your team, Dwayne. It has been fun but also knuckle-biting, reading your excited and anxious posts. Good luck at IRI!

Wow, what an unbelievable list! I'm excited for my first IRI... too bad my team won't be coming with me since we didn't make the cut. :( There's always next year I guess.

Although the information is usually duplicated on the IRI website, a reminder to all invitees to check your spam email filters for IRI communications - our invite email was devoured by my work spam filter. :yikes:

Thanks! Ive been sitting here in class just waiting for the announcement. Since we were not able to pay for atl in time, we really wanted to compete at IRI to really show what we are made of and show how gracious our team is toward others and more. I gave it all i had in that application and it turned out to be a winner!!
