Rule 2 states that smurfgirl would get the 10 points if she is aware of it at the time of the post. She took the 10 points, so she must have been aware of it. Rule 1 is different in that in says the TOP has to be noted in the post. Rule 2 doesn't have the same noting requirement. I say she is good with her 10 points.
