Wow, i'm alittle disappointed in the number of teams that responded. Anyone know how this was presented to the teams? Did it have anything along the lines that this was an official FIRST survey? On a different note, not surprised that most of the youths thought the seating was bad since most of the respondents in that group attended Kettering. Any word on next years plans or when it will be announced?

"Tables are based on data from three sets of Michigan District Tournament Surveys: a
survey of team leaders, tournament volunteers, and team members. Invitations to complete the
surveys were sent directly to team leaders and tournament volunteers; team leaders were asked
to forward the survey link to team members.
Invitations to the team leader survey were sent to 135 team leaders and 135 alternative team
contacts/mentors (along with a request to forward to additional mentors/adult volunteers. 79 team
leaders and 48 mentors responded, a response rate of approximately 47%.
Invitations were sent to 252 event volunteers and 116 responded, a response rate of
approximately 46%.
192 individuals responded to the team member survey, which was forwarded by team leaders. No
response rate can be calculated. 127 responses were from youth team members (under age 20)
and 65 were from adults over age 20, presumably adult volunteers with the team. The responses
of the adult volunteers were merged with those of team mentors and are reported in the
mentor/adult volunteer tables."

Our registered team lead got an email I beleive as the note was forwarded on to me.

Does anyone know what happened to the survey results? The link above doesn't work anymore, and I couldn't find it on the FiM website.

I would love to see the questions asked with the breakdown of answers. I have seen how the ones at work go. Ask a question in the way you get the best answers and give only answers that will promote the better scores. When looking at the reality compared to the spin there always seems to be a big discrepancy. Remember who is paying for the survey in the first place.
