Bills Blog and registration
 

Hello all....

I read on Bills Blog where First is going to reduce the registration fee this coming year. 5 k for veteran teams and 5.5 for rookie teams (please read some of the details here ....

From what I read that for veteran teams some of this reduction in fees
is based on reusing parts from the 2009 season. While this is good news
to veteran teams, our team (1610) might have a problem. We were not able
to compete (due to a move). What might First do in a case like this?
We are done moving (but still setting up shop again) and should be ready to go before kick off.

I'm guessing either they treat us as if we were a rookie team or we find out
ahead of time what parts are to be reused and buy them (which then really
probably won't reduce our registration fees)

I should probably post something on Bills Blog too, but perhaps someone might have some input here.

You should contact FRC HQ. Anything said on Bill's Blog or Chief Delphi is conjecture, and therefore can not provide an answer to your question.
