Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
the 2009 top search is also slightly higher than the 2008. Bouncing back?

Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
I like seeing the cities, especially the top city. :)

Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
just saying, the graph itself is based on the average worldwide traffic of FIRST Robotics searches in all years. Notice the numbers on the side (2.00 and 4.00)

Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
I think the coolest part, at least for me, is that Rochester NY is the city where more people search for FIRST robotics then any other city.
Wooo |

Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
I love how the number one news story on the FIRST v. Robot Wars page is that "Robot wars may threaten humanity", which just so happens to be the only news story non-FIRST on that page.

Re: Google Trends: FIRST Robotics
I'm going to agree with XXShadowXX, and not just so I can sleep easy.
For one, it's mostly FIRSTers causing the spike when Kickoff rolls around. Non-FIRSTers in the search would remain fairly constant throughout the year, only spiking when there's a lot of media attention for something. I think if that were the case, there'd be a much larger spike for the World Championship than for Kickoff. Also, congratulations to Rochester, NY. I hope you guys know that the Michigan teams are going to do our best to grab those top-ranking spots on Google from you. ::safety:: |
