HMS Pinafore, the captain and crew on the use of a certain word starting with D.

Although with Dave and the GDC, "hardly ever" may very well mean "hardly ever not"...

In disc golf, I rather like the goals and how they are made. They are fun to watch.

Also, Evan's suggestion about Dave's almost quote is worth the search. It's fun. And silly. And you know, well, Dave.

You know, I can just see that website, gottagothrow.com, scratching their heads wondering why they suddenly got a surge in hits....

Number of Hits:
October 5- 156
October 6- 234
October 7- 1345!

Webmaster: :yikes:

Oh no, here we go again...

Just like the 100+ posts talking about the scan through on the back of a fish picture (not any fish! a MOON fish!)... I love chief delphi.

But frisbees would be an awesome game piece.

And it is true that at the last minute when you are typing, you will write something quickly but it just seems funny in an impulsive kind of way.

OMG I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS!!!! Our robots are all going to be running late this year. WE'RE DOOMED!!!!

"And may I take this opportunity of emphasizing that there is no cannibalism in the British Navy. Absolutely none. And when I say none, I mean there is a certain amount, more than we are prepared to admit. But all new ratings are warned that if they wake up in the morning and find tooth marks at all anywhere on their bodies, they're to tell me immediately so that I can immediately take every measure to hush the whole thing up."

(or the OTHER reference :) )

In regards to the 9AM meeting...Bill and I may be the oddballs who title their posts/entries right before they hit submit (I do it that way because sometimes I accidentally hit 'submit' instead of 'preview', and websites often won't let you publish something unless it has a title. I win [: ). However, I know that it was intentional that he cut his post off there, he made it very obvious.
I think that the food references are more likely game hints. Or Bill/the GDC is just making bad calls in what he tells us via his blog, so that we end up going in the wrong direction/thinking ourselves silly (*cough*DETROIT TIGERS*cough*).

Also, a quick wiki on 'Haddock' brought up first the fish (not again!), and then the list of people with the last name. There are a lot of sports players, however, no frisbee references [:

At least it's (probably) not "Got'ta go, a 250 lb. gear just crashed through the top of our crate and crushed our robot while it was on the truck to the regional, FIRST has given us 4 hours of work-on-it time to fix it."
