Win BIG! - Contest INCITE
 

Hi everyone!

The contest deadline for INCITE has been extended until Monday, October 19 at midnight. Many teams have signed up but more teams are wanted for this competition.

This is a rare opportunity that only comes along once in a while. One team will become a Grand Prize winner and will receive $1000 in 80/20 extrusion materials to build their design.

This is an internet based design activity. Using the VizSeek website and the 80/20 widget, students are to create a material handling project like a battery cart, robot transport cart, tool cart, competition pit, etc. The students can work in groups or as individuals. The contest is to create these designs, then students and other interested people will vote (on line) to select the top three designs, then 80/20 will select a champion. This contest was created through a NSF grant as a model for future contests.

Please note: according to the INCITE website, the team registration deadline is Oct 19, 11:59:59 PM.

The deadline for submission of design entries is Nov. 1 at 11:59:59 PM.

I had some difficulties in inviting team members to join our group - have any others experienced issues?
